The location of the hotel was very great since we spent most of the time at the wharf. The room itself was nice and spacious. My only real complaint was I felt like we were being rushed out. House keeping came and knocked on our door asking us were we leaving at 10am. I advised her we were given a late check out for noon. Which the time she knocked confused me because hotel check out is 11am. At about 1130 another lady from the front desk came out to ask were we checking out. I let her know we had asked for a late check out and was told we could leave at noon. Instead of apologizing she said well no one told me. I had the conversation through the Hilton chat and it said front desk. The young ladies name was Lauryn who authorized the late check out. I have never experienced that at a hotel and feel like communication should be improved. I paid to stay there just as any other guest and feeling like we are being rushed out is not customer oriented.
