« Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology. »

« Hosts are very friendly. Very responsive and quick to fix the hot water heater when it went out. The bed is very firm. If you like it firm then this is the bed for you. The shower has been updated with several different settings. It is located in an older neighborhood and close to public transportation. »

« Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost. »

« The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty.
In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process.
The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. »
