'Most everything was good. I do recommend correcting the upward slope on the top of the step from the living area to the bedroom area. As you approach from the kitchen, the slight rise in the floor throws off your balance going down the step. Wrenched my back and legs when awkwardly hitting the lower level.'

'We came in town for the fair and this place was a very beautiful place. Very clean and very well decorated. It was the perfect place to stay in Troy. The host was very nice and could be reached instantly if we had any issues.'

'Great property.'

'Excellent place!'

'The property had a beautiful setting. House was very clean and what was on the description. Gravel getting there not bad glad it hadn't rained anymore than it had. For me it was challenging communication as it came from host. VRBO, Expedia do trying to remember where I found what.'

'Great experience at the Katy Haus. Great communication. Easy check in and check out. Clean property. Overall, exceeded expectations. Thank you!'

'Home was clean and beautiful! There was plenty of room for all 8 adults and 8 children. Kids loved seeing all the deer all around Innsbrook and walking through the yard! Highly recommend this property! The owners were very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs.'
