'Good location and staff but our room left a lot to be desired. Our bathroom sink faucet leaked our entire visit. A huge portion of the carpet in the bathroom and door was wet which isn’t the best situation when your disabled child can only crawl on the ground.'

'The pool was so dirty you couldn't see the 2nd step of the ladder. The staff was wonderful and called a sister hotel for us to swim at. The breakfast was great, loved the hot bar! I would stay again in hopes the pool was an one off.'

'We only stayed at the property one night and because of a delayed flight didn’t get to the property till 11pm. Check in was easy, our room was good, we enjoyed the breakfast and then we were off. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that they were finishing some remodeling downstairs and the paint smell was strong and I tend to get migraines from those kind of smells. I kept my hand over my nose & mouth to prevent one. We picked that property for its closeness to the Ark Encounter.'

'Front desk guy was nice. Room was not clean enough and was in bad shape. Weird smell when we entered, which we later found out was an uncleaned microwave that was SUPER greasy to the touch. I travel with disinfecting wipes, so was able to resolve myself. Mirror in bathroom had obviously not been cleaned (splatters all over it). Bed was comfortable. Pillows were fine. Air conditioning worked. Broken tile in bathroom. Door wouldn't latch properly (but they DID fix it promptly). Definitively the...
