'Overall pretty good. It might be time to replace some towels and bedding. Things are looking worn. Everything works, but it feels a little tired. We were there a couple years ago at the same time of year. The river is still beautiful and the house is just a short, scenic drive from Amish sh Country. '

They have a little kids nook under the stairs with toys and books.Love the farmhouse decor and Katie the host was fabulous. I would highly recommend Vivian's. 'The house is wonderful. Very clean and spacious. We could have slept way more people if we had needed to but that just gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has just about everything you'll need, even some things you didn't think of! Beds were very comfortable. I wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities.
