1. Modern Escape, with a pet and family friendly home that feels like a home.

'I booked our stay at this property 1 week prior to check in. Shortly after I booked this property, I received an email from VRBO that my reservation was confirmed. While driving to the property on check in day we were 30 minutes from arriving at the property when I contacted the owner for check in procedures. I told the owner I was the person who booked the property for the weekend. The owner sounded confused and told me to hold on and hung up on me. Five minutes later I received a full refund...

9. Best Value -3 BR Home by Premier Host- Heart of Katy

'I never write negative reviews but this Rental deserves one. First impression pulling in driveway was bad. Grass was a foot high and front door was filthy. Inside 3/4 of window blinds didn’t work. Kitchen counters were Granite looking wallpaper over plywood and there were multiple rips and tears. Shower head was rusted ( we didn’t use ).Both couches seat cushions were worn with no seating support. While sitting you sunk down 6”.And in our two nights there we saw 5 roaches and a spider. Only...

10. Super Cozy 4 Bedroom by Premier Host - Sleeps 10 |

'No towels in bathrooms…we had to search and only found 3 bath towels and 1 washcloth…for 4 of us. The thinnest and roughest toilet paper I’ve ever experienced, and 5-6 random massive bottles of shampoos/conditioners/body washes on the side of the tub…ick. Inadequate lighting in the primary…and even though the room was huge, the king bed was practically against the window. Ceiling fan had only 1 setting (low) so it was crazy hot sleeping. Luckily it was only 1 night and we literally just needed a...

'The property was clean and well stocked with the things you would need. The bed was comfortable. There were a couple issues for the month that I stayed including and issue with the water pressure and a clogged toilet, but they were addressed either that day or within 24 hours. Communication was excellent and very fast, including at 1 in the morning! The only thing that wasn't ideal was that the washer and dryer were in the garage, but that wasn't such a huge deal.'

'First off the house I booked was not available and I was put in another house that was not clean. The house walls in the hallway were dirty in just about every room. The door knob on the restroom door was about to fall off. Broken furniture. I also paid more money for the house I originally booked and then did no t get to stay in it: The host was also terrible. She did not acknowledge how dirty this house was or the missing remotes to there in bedroom and the fact there was no ironing board or...
