« I didn’t expect to spend as much time in the apartment while touring NYC, but plans changed and it ended up being the perfect haven. As other reviews mentioned, the apartment truly has everything you need. It’s surprisingly spacious for an attic unit, and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave.I especially liked that the living room and bedroom each had their own thermostat. « The apartment to me was perfect. Comfy, spacious, everything I needed, and quiet. I was 5 minutes from the cruise port. Plus I was able to wash something in the washing machine. Highly recommend. »

« Where we stayed was very nice. We stayed there to visit New York City. It was 15 minutes to the tram to get to New York. The host was great. He checked on us. Everything in the home was clean. Everything was stocked. Well we had no problems no situations comfortable beds I would stay there again absolutely »

« Die Wohnung an sich war in Ordnung, jedoch sehr unsauber. Überall Tierhaare, dreckig, Müll war nicht ausgeleert und alles klebte. Außerdem war keinerlei Geschirr vorhanden, somit hatte man keine Möglichkeit sich zu versorgen. Hier kommen wir sicher nicht mehr her »

« Host was very responsive to questions. Unit was clean and spacious enough for two. Very clean and close to Iona University where we were visiting!! Cute! I would recommend it and stay again if needed. »

« Check in details were provided before we arrived and when we struggled accessing the property the host was available to assist promptly. He was also very responsive and quite friendly. Unfortunately with the structure of the housing there was a lot of disturbing noise from the apartment upstairs which in this case the host probably had no control over. Would definitely book again. »
