« Disappointing Experience I stayed here for one week in the dormitory, and honestly, it wasn’t a good experience. On the very first day, I requested a refund because of the condition of the accommodation, but unfortunately my request was refused. « Check in was quick and easy. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Nice clean bathroom and good powerful shower. Good comfortable beds. Parking directly outside and facility very handy to City and all other areas we were visiting. Had stayed at Palm City Motor Inn twice previously in a smaller 3 bed unit but felt the 4 bed unit we had this time was a cut above. Would definitely stay again when visiting Napier. »

« Room 12 was clean when we first checked in, but there wasn't any daily cleaning after that for the next couple of days we there. Also, if you're in room 12 or 12a don't expect to have your car parked outside your room. Staff members keep parking in 12 and 12a parking spots when you're out and about. We had to park our car four to five spots away from our room, be more convenient especially when you have luggage. »
