'Enjoyed our stay in Waikaloa Village. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the Village is really a short drive. Nice neighborhood for walking/ shopping/ eating before heading to the beach. Quiet pool and hot tub area. No worries that the living room area doesn't have AC. Temps were pleasant and the AC in the bedrooms was a plus. We would definitely book this property again :) '

'This condo was so relaxing and peaceful!! The view was incredible from the golf course, seeing the shoreline wake up and glitter in the sun, while sitting on the shaded balcony as the golfers rolled out each morning. We played lots of pickleball (located conveniently across the road from the condo-30 second walk) along with the private pool. We also enjoyed using the driving range and eating at Johnny’s restaurant that is part of the golf club shop, and had amazing food and live music. Also...

'We had a wonderful family vacation. This condo met all our family needs and more. The kids enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was easy. Beach was wonderful and very clean. 'This unit is absolutely perfect for a epic Hawai'i vacation. High end in every way. Spacious and impeccably clean and organized. Kolea is our favorite place stay in Kona. Gorgeous pool and and you walk out to the beach and which is rareKona. Thank you for all the appreciated extras like passes to the Hilton. 'The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking - mapping apps don't always get this right, but it's easy once you know to...

'Our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked great. I can’t say how anything else was because we literally only slept at the condo. We were up early every morning and out exploring the island every day. '
