Awesome 3 bedroom bach with great entertaining deck. Safe and fully fenced section and only a stone's throw from the beach, park/playground, shops, pub, skate park and surf club! in fact the location is pretty much perfect!

Great for a family or two that want to relax in the beautiful Waihi Beach.

Sunny deck in the morning, shaded in the afternoon just in time for afternoon drinkies and the classic kiwi chips and dip. You can even watch the cricket in summer from the deck! Enough grass for the kids to run around on AND long concrete drive is perfect for scootering on!

FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENT: take the opportunity to take you laptop down, enjoy the fast fibre network while listening to the ocean in the background.

Just bring your towels, sheets and pillows.
1 King bed, 2 bunks and 2 single beds, plus space for extra toddler/baby beds..

Special conditions:
Max occupancy is 6 persons (adults/children) plus up to 3 additional young children are permitted.
All bedrooms are generous doubles so extra toddler beds/port-a-cots can be accommodated - therefore this property can also take up to 3 extra children. Beds/cots and all bedding for the 3 extras would need to be provided by the guests. This means two families could comfortably holiday together at this beach bach. :-)

We do allow small pets by application only and there is an extra charge as we do a different clean after each pet stay.

We stayed a couple of times before - once again, we had a very pleasant break. The house is warm and sunny, even in winter, and the weather was perfect for us and our dog. It’s nice to visit Waihi Beach at this time of the year - there’s still plenty to do, but fewer people make everything so relaxed.

Just the Holiday we needed

Perfectly located close to the beach and with everything you need ,very quiet and comfortable. We were lucky as had beautiful sunny weather all week so enjoyed our walks along the beach every day. We found Waihi very interesting too which wasn't far away. We'd love to come again very soon.

Fantastic place to stay for family & dogs

Fantastic place for our family (4 adults and 3 kids) plently of beds, more than expected! fully fenced so didnt have to worry about our dog getting out. Location was an easy walk to the beach. Very clean and tidy and would definitely stay again!If I had to mention something...there was no cheese grater, and bed sizes in listing were different so ended up taking wrong size sheets.(main bed was a super king and single bed in bulk room had a king single and the rest were singles)

Life’s a beach

We had a great time staying at this VRBO. The home is a great size. We were 5 adults staying together and it worked well. The home is 2 blocks from the beach which was easy walking distance. It is a good 30 minute walk to the grocery store which is difficult if you don’t have access to a car. The home itself was very comfortable. We did not bring our own sheets or towels so they were provided to us at a cost. All-in-all a great home.

Great place for the price.

I always dread staying away from my comfortable bed, 10/10 for comfort on our stay. A few blocks back from beach, no need to take car, just a good walk. One thing we could of done with, was a fan in bedrooms.
