'The lack of functional ice machines was disappointing. The instructions giving by the front desk could have been better/made more clear to understand how to come from the 5th floor to the first floor to find a functional ice machine. Simply taking a moment to physically show me the location when they weren't busy would've spoken volumes with their customer service. I understand they are under new management. One thing that goes a long way thats absolutely costless is customer service.'

'Stayed here for Halloween night as it was very affordable. For the price difference we could have taken about 5 ubers to and back from downtown, which is only a 15-20 min drive.
Quiet location, free parking. Didnt wake up in time for breakfast, but its free. We were checked in by Dawn who was very friendly and welcoming.

'Toilet was running the whole time and at times couldn't flush it and when I asked for them to fix it while we were out they didn't and I had to ask again. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. Also the floor had a wet spot from a leak in the wall. The security guards were not friendly when you had to have your parking slip validated. The only thing good was the location. It was easy and quick to get to the French Quarters and the Superdome.'

'A most charming inn. One felt as if transported to another time. And the personnel were wonderful. The amenities were none. No vending machines, no in-house snack store, no pool, no ice, and parking was tricky.
Would I stay again? Probably no.'
