'We arrived shortly after hurricane Helene came through. The property was clean. Access to the community was easily obtained. The view was beautiful and I enjoyed watching the geese from the balcony. Very peaceful property. The house had what was needed for the short stay. We didn’t cook but used dishes for coffee/takeout. A lot of dishes are provided. 'our family had a great time fishing swimming, and we had our pontoon boat dragging them around on the tubes was great. The parade came right by our house didn't have to leave to see it the kids had so much fun getting candy and being sprayed from the surprise water guns in the parade. 'Wonderfully updated house with large fences in backyard. Beautiful koi pond. Kitchen was nicely appointed as well. This location was minutes away from the wedding venue ( Henry Hall Wilson house). Close to downtown Monroe which had several restaurants to choose from. Property manager Chris was attentive and responded quickly via VRBO app. We would stay here again if in the area!'

'This was the perfect place for a relaxing lake vacation! We had every single thing we could possibly need - without an actual boat. The SUP was great and kayaking in the morning was wonderful. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious. We would absolutely stay there again! 10/10'

The collection of cookbooks made me wish we had time for cooking. The bedrooms were large and comfortable.
