'Terrific location, near hiking, horse properties, shopping and restaurants. A/C units in property worked great. Short drive to old town Vista. Less than 1/2 hour drive to beach. Great backyard for relaxing. The home is decorated perfectly and we enjoyed all the beautiful plants.'

'We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was incredibly spacious and perfect for our large family—everyone had plenty of room to relax. The view was absolutely beautiful and made our mornings and evenings extra special.The kids had a blast in the game room—it kept them entertained! We especially appreciated the super comfy king-size bed and the huge walk-in shower, which made it feel like a luxury getaway.This home had everything we needed and more. 'We had a blast with our family. Our kids loved the backyard and hot tub. Close proximity to the beach and all that San Diego has to offer. The host was so great with communication and making sure our stay was going well. We would recommend this for sure. '

'This house was great for our large group. Lots of room in the house and kitchen where no one felt like they were on top of each other. The location is pretty quiet up on the hill. And there are a ton of hawks in the area which were amazing to watch. I think it is important to note that there is an extra charge to use the hot tub so if that is a selling point for your stay, inquire on what that costs up front because it was more than we were willing to pay.'

'Amazing place to make memories with family…pool is clean , lots of pool toys…house is massive, clean and has everything u need…we had a family cooking night and enjoyed the open space…air conditioning works great…home owners work quick on every question we had…would highly recommend this for a great stay making memories with family and friends.'

'The room was clean, had a very nice tub and shower, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven, and a large tv. Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood, and felt safe and comfortable walking my dog around the block. The hosts were very helpful whenever I had questions.'

'We used Fallbrook as our central location for a family wedding in Fallbrook on the weekend. Very easy to get to Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad for beach week activities and wedding activities. Our family of 7 was able to easily relax and use this house as the central location. The house was clean and well equipped with all we could need. The owners were very responsive and ready to help if needed (we didn’t need anything though) - very communicative. We were able to locate everything we needed...

'Perfect! I am an ex-Californian and forever O'side Local. Brought my wife out for her first visit and we had everything we needed. BRAD WAS GREAT! Just sorry we stayed so busy that we didn't have more time to kick it at the pad. Communication was smooth, ease of travel up and down the coast, local flavor, great neighborhood, and no surprises.Cannot recommend this spot enough!God bless!'

'Stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the room. Very clean, quiet little patio outside the door was nice to sit and have morning coffee. Everything you could want to eat and drink is close by. Small parking lot, but on street parking wasn't an issue. I would stay here again.'
