"Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "

"We hebben bij aankomst wel andere kamer gevraagd en gekregen want we sliepen in kamer die aangrenzend was aan de airco pompen buiten op het dak. Mega kabaal en nul uitzicht. Van niveau 3 naar niveau 15 dus netjes geregeld. "

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
