Welcome to your new favorite place to unwind! This freshly remodeled Beach House on the Bay sleeps 6–9 guests comfortably and is designed for memory-making, laughter, and total relaxation.

Inside, enjoy a spacious living room with a huge island perfect for snacking or socializing, a dine-in kitchen stocked for the chef in your group, and a 55" Smart TV with cable, streaming, and DVD — movie nights are covered!

Sleep tight with room for everyone:

Master Bedroom: King-sized bed

Third Bedroom: Queen bunk bed with a twin on top (kids love it!)

Outside, the adventure continues! Hop on one of the 4 beach cruisers or 4 smaller bikes (yes, one even has training wheels!) and be on the beach in 3 minutes — or enjoy a peaceful 8-minute stroll. Build sandcastles with the included beach toys, relax in the chase lounge chairs, or rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower.

The wrap-around deck is the heart of the home, with front-row seats to both sunrises and sunsets. Dine al fresco at the six-person table, sip coffee at the bistro set, or grill up dinner on the propane BBQ with everything you need provided.

This older property is clearly maintained with love and charming updates and thoughtful details throughout. The foosball table was a huge hit with my family. I usually bring house slippers to hotels/house rentals but this home felt so cozy I never even wore them (there are carpets in two bedrooms, so it truly feels like a real home).The house is conveniently located so you can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes or drive in less than five. Parking can be tricky but there are available spots/free parking. House is on a dead end but not too tucked away. The house was well-stocked: good-quality towels, lots of kitchen towels, a hair dryer, plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which were good quality. The beach was quiet and lovely but still had plenty of families around.Check-in was super easy, and Andrea kept in touch. She was quick to respond whenever we had questions and shared lots of insider tips on where to go in the area. Because of her we made it to the Sandbridge Market for donuts in the morning. The living room has board games, two TVs for movie night/sports fans a large kitchen island, and a breakfast/dining table.We saw a few neighbors who I believe live there year-round plus plenty of families on vacation. Would definitely recommend and stay again. I already passed the word along to two families I know!

our day was wonderful. It’s a beautiful location right on the bay. The sunsets are amazing. Easy access to the beach in many other wonderful wildlife and nature sites. Only 30 minute drive to Virginia Beach. The house was fully supplied with kitchen, accessories, etc.

Nice property in a very good location close to the beach (not crowded, even on a beautiful holiday weekend). For us the walk was less than 10 minutes door to sand. The home itself is as pictured - the kitchen is well stocked and equipped, the porch wraps around the home and has ample space. We used the grill, too, which was great. The one suggestion would be to hose down or clean out the outdoor shower and perhaps removing some of the many spider webs that surround the property. Would definitely recommend and would return!

We enjoyed our 4-night stay! The hostess was very responsive and kind. Some library books got left behind at the beach house, and she kindly called when discovered, then offered to check if the local library could return it to our city library and, if not, she would ship the books to us.We really liked all the lighting inside and the many windows lit up the place and provided an airy, open feeling.If our grandson had not required a bed rail and his Grammy had not needed to sleep with him (he insisted on the bottom level of the bunk bed), maybe she would have slept better and been more rested. Also, it’s too bad the washer & dryer are in the closet of said room — difficult to do loads once the child went to sleep by 8pm.The next time we visit Sandbridge Beach, we will definitely look into availability of this particular beach house!

Wonderful stay in Sandbridge!

Our week in Sandbridge was wonderful. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Everything was well furnished. Everything you would ever need in the kitchen was there. I’ve stayed at many rental houses and this was the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen. Short 15 minute walk to the beach, or if you are early enough, you can drop off your family with all the beach gear and then grab a free parking spot on one of the nearby side streets with marked parking. Plenty of things to do in Sandbridge and more just 15-20 minutes away. Though we didn’t need them there were baby gates and high chairs if you have little ones. Towels were abundant. My kids loved fishing off the dock. We had some severe weather during our stay and the owner even reached out by text to make sure our family was safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The sunrise and sunset views were spectacular. I can't think of an amenity that was overlooked. We loved the assortment of games and puzzles and the outdoor shower (although the water was too warm for me). We would definitely stay here again!

Refreshing Stay

Our stay was pleasant with very good accommodationsGreat location , close to the beach and the setting on the back bay is beautiful in the evening. The beach house is furnished with everything we needed, deck chairs, bicycles, comfortable and clean bedrooms, all appliances and cooking utensils provided for just about anything you could imagine to prepare. We enjoyed relaxing walks and bicycle rides around the very nice neighborhood. My wife and I were more than pleased with our stay. The cleaner goes above and beyond to have the house prepared for guests. While we had difficulty with the lockbox for the key (arriving late at night), the owner was more than accommodating and responsive. Rental property or hotel/resort, this is one of the best experiences I’ve had.

You could not park next to ocean only at the end of the neighborhood and that was only about 50 spaces. NO ACCESS unless you walked from the house which was about half hour walk.
