'We ate the breakfast one morning. The coffee was empty and people were waiting. We waited 10 minutes and left. We went back another day for breakfast and once again the coffee pot was empty so we left and went somewhere else for breakfast. There were 2 coffee pots there so I don't know how you can't keep at least one filled.'

The water was shut off from 11am-3pm on the first day, the indoor pool was under construction the entire time we were there which, the shower hair strands of hair left behind. There was also strands of hair on beds and pillows. Our balcony windows had not been cleaned. Parking is not free, it’s $20 a day. '

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
