'Que ce soit l’accueil ou le bien loué, toutes les promesses étaient présentes lors de notre semaine de location. La maison est très bien équipée, au calme en campagne, la piscine est parfaite et nous avions la chance d’une météo idéale. Et il y a largement de quoi faire dans les alentours, je recommande !'

'Wij, m'n man en ik, hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Mazerolles. De golfbaan in de buurt was geweldig en het zwembad bij ons huisje was heerlijk. Veel leuke tips over de omgeving en restaurants gekregen waar we dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt. We komen graag nog een keer terug bij Maggie en Alan.'

'Beautiful cottage and quiet location, where really everything is present as at home. The owners are friendly and very helpful, yet discreet. Who wants a carefree vacation and wants to relax is definitely in the right place. Despite the bad weather during our vacation we were still able to enjoy the heated pool. Definitely a must.'

'An absolutely stunning property in the Charente, perfect for a large family grouping or 2 families. Stunningly well equipped, the owners have gone the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect for a great stay. The pool area is gorgeous and the pool impeccably clean. The main bedroom is stunning. One of the nicest houses we have stayed in. Our only regret is that we were only there for a week. David was super helpful if we had any questions.'

'After initially staying for 10 days we then went to the Dordogne for a week. I wish we’d have stayed here the whole time! Still you live and learn. The gite is very clean, well equipped with a lovely modern bathroom and kitchen with plenty of space to park your car. I have to say I’m a bit fussy, bringing my own bedding and towels but I didn’t need them here. The pristine white bedding and towels were changed every 5 days. 'This property is a peaceful shangrila. Our hosts Barbara and Kevin couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The property is an enclosed peace of paradise. After cognac tasting, going to the local farmers market, kayak races and wandering the lovely village of Jarnac we always looked forward to returning to our gite. The pool is gorgeous, we did a bit of barbecue and to sit in the garden and listen to the birds was such a beautiful way to have a morning coffee or cup of tea. My only...

'We had a wonderful welcome with Valerie and Yves, The gite was very clean and furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The pool was very well kept and available whenever we needed it. The village was very quiet and very well-kept with lots of easy walks if that’s what you want. It was only 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket and seven minutes to the nearest restaurant with several good restaurants within an easy drive. We enjoyed it thoroughly and hope to return.'

'Nous avons passés un très bon moment en famille dans cette belle demeure en pleine nature. L'endroit est très confortable et on s'y sent vite très bien. On est au calme, on a eu de belles soirées étoilées, la proximité des chevaux apporte une certaine sérénité. Le lieu est proche des grands axes routiers sans nuisances, il est donc facile de sillonner la région. Merci à Dominique et ses filles pour leur accueil, on garde l'adresse pour un prochain séjour !'

'Barbara et Kevin sont des hôtes charmants. L’endroit est vraiment très agréable et la mise à disposition de jeux, d’un jacuzzi…apportent un plus incontestable; sans oublier les viennoiseries apportées chaque matin par nos hôtes 😘. Un seul regret, y passer un week-end, c’est trop court ! Je recommande sans problème et les yeux fermés… François'

'Au calme et idéalement situé pour de belles promenades le long de la Charente ou au parc de Fregeneuil, tout en restant à proximité de la ville. Le gîte est très propre et correspond parfaitement à la description. Rénovation récente et fonctionnelle. Nous y reviendrons certainement pour une prochaine visite dans cette belle région.'
