'A estadia foi incrível, a recepção, organização e beleza do hotel são ótimas. Mesmo sem ter café da manhã incluído, nos serviram um belo capuccino com geleia e croissant, vale lembrar que nos presentearam também com vinho, cerveja e água. Recomendo, a localização também é ótima.'

'This is one of the best locations where we slept in Florence. It’s in the middle of the city, close to everything you would like to see or do. The appartement is in a small street and is a mix of old and new. Everything was perfect and the owners really think of every little thing. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this gem in this great city. '

'Typical Florence lodge - the total floor of an appartment block turned into a hotel with say 10 rooms. Usually much better price/quality ratio as formal hotels. This one was super-central on the 3rd floor, with elevator. High ceilings, spacious, good airco, clean. The minor disadvantage is that the check-in in such small places is not staffed all day and after 7 pm or so you have to enter using codes. That worked smoothly though. '

'We are a couple and had a very pleasant stay. Communication beforehand was very good so check-in went smooth. Owner gave us an upgrade plus a ton of good information about food, sights etc. Very close to train station, within walking distance. Close to all sight-seeing in the center. Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Will definitely stay here again.'

'Perfecte lokatie in het centrum van de stad. De duomo, piazza d. signaoria en the ponte vecchio lopend binnen 5 minuten te bereiken. Erg vriendelijk perswoneel en de parkeerservice is even wennen, maar wel perfect. Een wildvreemde neemt je auto mee om hem in een ander deel van de stad te parkeren. Als je de auto nodig hebt geef je 20 minuten voor die tijd een seindtje en hij wordt weer gebracht, erg luxe. Nette en schone kamer.'

'it’s a lovely place with high ceilings and rather big rooms but i had the bad luck of arriving in the pooring rain and there was no public transport since it was the 1th of may so ended up having to wait for a taxi for over an hour. very crumpy by that time… lady at the reception was lovely and helpful! my room was in the front of the building and very noisy so maybe take earplugs! otherwise a very nice place but for me a bit too far from the center as a solo traveler! '

'When you use the water (flush toilet/use the sink) there is a very loud noise. Other than that, it was great!'

'Spacious, comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location (3 Piazza della Signoria)! The common sitting/dining area and large rooms feel very Florentine. Staff speaks limited English but are very friendly and helpful. Just keep an eye on the slightly convoluted check-in procedures (don't ignore your emails the day of arrival). '

'Great location, in the city center, walking distance to most of the attractions, 15-20 minutes to the train station. Very clean room, comfortable beds. Checking out early was possible and easy. Online self-checkin could be troublesome. The video instructions on how to get into the room should be updated as the black box on the wall has been changed to a white box. But Stefanie was very patient and helpful. She responded to any of our questions timely. Thanks!'

'We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!'

'Het was een leuke schone flat met heel aardig en behulpzame personeel aan receptie. Locatie was perfect met loopafstand tot centrum , winkels . Alleen tv was probleem want alles was in Italiaans en geen een Engels talige zender 😒'
