Onze aankomst was door omstandigheden pas na 23 uur, ik hield haar op de hoogte via what’s app en ze vond het vooral vervelend voor ons, ze bleef geduldig en vriendelijk en bij aankomst kregen we zelfs wat te drinken aangeboden en werden heel gastvrij onthaald ondanks het late tijdstip. 'Claudio’s villa is excellent. Five of us stayed for four days and we found the property to be clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the patio are excellent. The drive into Firenze is short enough that it’s not a deterrent but you’re far enough away from the city to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Claudio recommended a great local restaurant, Edy Piu, less than 10 minutes from the house that was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.'

'The apartment is at the heart of the small village, central to several great restaurants and practically across the street from the incredible 11th century abbey. The place was very clean and has been recently renovated, but still had a very historic feel to it. Emanuel, our host, was very friendly and gracious.
