« Staff was kind. Everything else was falling apart. Bathrooms had mess on walls and floors. Cigarette burns in the vinyl flooring. AC didn’t work. Elevator carpet was ripped up and had dirty walls. The showers and tubs were brown. »

« It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality. »

« I had no towels, my sink didn't drain, no trash can, filthy shower and my phone didn't work soooooo....yeah. not great. »

« You get what you pay for. Rate was reasonable. Room had hard flooring vs. carpet so it was clean. Walls were dirty in the room. Beds were fine. Towels were good. Older decor if that is important to you. Room had small fridge with freezer and a microwave. Coffee and juice is all they offer in the morning and the juice was warm from the dispenser. Hallway carpets were clean and fresh. Looks like a lot of construction workers stay there. Much of the parking lot was filled up with construction...

« I like that the property is very convenient to stores and restaurants. The beds were a little uncomfortable and pillows small. Rooms were pretty clean although there were patch spots that stuck out. The only thing that I didn’t like was the heavy smell of marijuana. »

« Good price, room service each day of our stay. Both positives. The not so good, the room was very hot when first entering. The brown middle blanket was falling apart. The carpet was dirty and stained. The table chair was dirty and stained, did not sit on it! Some of these items could be corrected without spending a lot of money and would have made the stay much better. Thank you. »
