'Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking.'

'The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again.'

'I woke up the day of check out to my car amongst 20+ others car broken into. Meanwhile the staff at the front desk had headphones on and when asked did she hear anything wasn’t helpful at all. I also heard they had previous break ins earlier that week. I would not stay here again and I advise others the same'

'I paid for my room online and when I arrived staff advised me that, aside from having my card on file, I was required to pay $100 cash deposit. At about 4:30 am someone from the hotel attempted to make charges on my card (which thankfully did NOT go through) then when I proceeded to check out I asked for my $100 bill back & was told “it will be credited to your card.” I told the customer service representative “I’m not here to play games Sir I paid you $100 cash and I would like my cash back”...
