Les - - - = La chambre donnait sur la rue et comme un stationnement municipal gratuit est tout près, il y a bcp de bruits de gens qui passent sous nos fenêtres, nous n’avons pas bcp dormi'

'We had a wonderful time Villa Carcassonne. The host Dominic was amazing. On the way over, he accommodated my request to have a room change. He served a very nice breakfast and made reservations for us at a great restaurant for dinner. The room was nice and comfortable. We had plenty of onsite parking.'

'What a beautiful property and the kindest hostess. The area is gorgeous and quiet, the property is well kept. We took our breakfast on the front patio that was prepared and served by our host. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a picturesque wine country experience!'

'Casi imposible contactar con los propietarios,faltavan servicios los quales en la reserva se incluian,no sabian nada de nuestra reserva y le dieron nuestra habitacion a otros huespedes q se quedaron fuera al ver q la habitacion estava ocupada,nos supo muy mal por ellos pq reservaron hace cinco meses y nosotros tansolo el dia antes,la recepcion nos la hacieron otros huespedes despues de estar media hora intentando contactar,,estando mal aparcados enmedio de la calle cuando en los filtros previos...

'Buena experiencia en general, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Se aprecia el desayuno y el cuidado a los detalles. El único momento incómodo fue que en la reserva se especifica cuando rentas una cama y un sofá cama (para dos personas que no son pareja) pero no habían sábanas para el sofá cama. Avisé a la dueña y llegó tarde en la noche con un par de sábanas. Su insistencia en dejarnos claro que la estábamos molestando fue bastante incómodo. '

'We stayed here for four nights to explore Carcassonne and environment. Montolieu is a charming artsy village with lovely bookshops and little streets. The place we rented was the first floor of the house with the owners living downstairs. They were extremely friendly people and really going the extra mile to make your stay most comfortable. The amenities in and outside of the house are plentiful: bowling alley, pool ( not heated though), outside kitchen .... certainly recommend this place to...

'Un domaine viticole magnifique comme écrin. Une piscine pour vous rafraîchir... Un excellent accueil. Du bon vin. Énormément de charme. Seuls bémols, l'absence de clim, toilettes sur le palier (mais privatives) et réseaux problématiques avec wifi très moyen, 4g inexistante et TV qui décroche par moment. Bref endroit idéal pour se reposer dans un cadre remarquable.'

'Prima hotel met fijne kamers en comfortabele bedden. Ontbijt is luxe tegen een goede prijs. Receptie is niet 24 uur per dag open. Je krijgt een code toegestuurd om jezelf in te checken als je buiten de openingstijden arrivieert. Dit kan wel een gedoe zijn. We hadden geen code ontvangen dus moesten we gaan bellen. Dat systeem zou gemoderniseerd kunnen worden zodat het klantvriendelijker wordt. Winkels zijn niet ver weg, maar het hotel staat wel een beetje afgezonderd. Dat geeft wel rust.'

"Positive: literally 5’ walk to entrance of Carcassonne! Car parking was very good and save. Breakfast was in the main hotel across the street with a stunning view of the city as background. Nice breakfast served at the table, plenty of choice. Nice garden to sit and relax good sized pool area. EXTREMELY nice personnel at reception and breakfast area! Negative: we stayed in a deluxe room in the ***star Mommerency. Small rooms/bathroom, noisy at times, clean but tired looking. Shower/bath: only hot water because the thermostat button was stuck solid. No coffee/tea facility in the room. Ofcourse you do pay less than in the main building and we did not spend much time in our room. "
