'We booked a one bedroom garden view room but we were on the street with a little ocean view. Parking is very tight and the room could use an upgrade. Stepping up into the bath/ shower then stepping out onto a step then floor would be very difficult for older people. Great pool.'

'Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged. Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy. No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. '

'The unit was big and comfortable suited all of our needs and bonus right next to the pool however the fire alarm went off twice throughout the night for no reason around 3am and then again at 3:30am, with 6 kids this scared them so much none wanted or could go back to sleep. Very disappointing since we paid for somewhere to sleep and couldn’t sleep.'

'The view was very nice, and the location was excellent for walking to the shops and the beach. Having Coles next door with a separate entrance to and from the Mantra was great. Our room was a bit “tired” with broken louvres on some of the doors. We found the spa slippery and there was no rubber mat for security especially for older guests such as ourselves. Having a washer/dryer was handy. A couple more USB outlets would have been helpful. The bed was very comfortable.'
