« Très accueillant. Hôtel très confortable et très propre. Super petit déjeuner »

« Bien situé »

« Chambre impecable, personnel courtois, aimable »

« Lugar maravilhoso, localização privilegiada. Toda a equipe prestou excelente atendimento.

« Effective and pleasant customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Excellent location in the middle of the town - one block from the main street (Bernardo O'Higgins). Serviced and large clean room. »

« This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica. It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine. »

« Personnel agréable. Chambre propre et spacieuse Petit déjeuner copieux Localisation parfaite »

« Hairdryer and easier checkout Ways to pay clearer on website »

« Two things made this place a solid choice for us. First, the location is amazing - a few blocks from the lake, and very close to the downtown restaurants, etc. Second, Nahir (who worked there and greeted us) was incredibly kind and helpful - she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to assist in every way she could. The place itself is quite rustic - we were there in late fall and it was a bit hard to stay warm in the cabin. At night it was okay, but in the afternoons we were...

« Very clean and comfy room, friendly staff and even friendlier cats <3 »
