B&B in Villa San Giovanni

'Het appartement is gelegen vlak bij een plein in een smalle straat waar het moeilijk parkeren is. Er is geen ontbijt in het appartement zelf, je krijgt een voucher voor aan het plein gelegen koffiezaak waar je een broche kan eten en koffie kan bestellen. Het is ons tegengevallen, maar misschien waren onze verwachtingen te hoog. '

'Very nice! And the communication amazing. Everything went well in my trip. Thanks!'

'FALSE ADVERTISING – NO POOL We booked this property specifically because the Expedia listing states in multiple places that it has an outdoor pool. This was extremely important to us because my husband has back problems and swimming is part of the physical therapy he needs while traveling. When we arrived, there was no staff on site and we had difficulty getting in because we were not given adequate check-in instructions. We searched the property for the pool and finally contacted them through...

'This is not a hotel, but a back packer b and b. We were in a 40 ft container with three rooms and an eating area I chose this for the parking that is hard to come by in Reggio. The owner has her property propping up everywhere in Expedia for a 20 mile radius. BEWARE!!! Yes the view from the parking lot was nice, Ac good and clean. There are no restaurants anywhere on top. But the owner ordered delivered pizza. As a platinum member I was decieved. Expedia has to make it a B and B not a hotel'

'Great location, walking distance to ferry line. A/C could have been better. Very clean. Good communication from owner. Nice common area. A lift was nice as unit was up a few stairs, but stairs were wide and manageable. We would stay here again.'

'Ik had in eerste instantie moeite om de B&B te vinden, maar de vriendelijke eigenaar heeft mij prima geholpen. Mooie kamer met ensuite douche en toilet. Alles zeer schoon en een prima dubbel bed. Self service ontbijt was voor mij voldoende. Ook waren er voldoende eetgelegenheden in de omgeving.'

'Beautiful and clean B&B. Great location to local restaurants and beach. Mimmo was excellent with directions and parking. He also met us and helped with our luggage. As with most places in Italy be ready for ZTLs, hills and stairs. All worth it.'

'Not a b&b at all. Really far from everything and no view of castello ruffo despite what the images show. Trim around the room was falling off and the AC dripped onto the bed...'

'Very quiet and nice location at the upper part of Scilla. Supermarket nearby and some bars for a coffee in the neighborhood. '

'Stayed one night. That was enough.'

'Really nice room with very friendly owner and a lovely daily breakfast. Room was spacious and clean and all the staff were friendly. Our only concern was the airconditioning which did not cool our room below 28 degrees (although we stayed over in exceptional heat - 40 degrees outside). All in all very good value for money.'
