'Ch Haut-Brisson must be the best kept secret in all of the Bordeaux area! It is situated just a short 7 minute drive to the Medievel town center, it is not far from Pomerol, Lalande de Pomerol, and other nearby bordeaux villages. The rooms were recently renovated, are clean, very well kept, and the place happens to be a well known winery with Grand Cru designation. This coupled with the passionate and hospitable staff, made our stay unforgettable! Gabriella is a Sommelier and will answer any...

'Hotel manager was exceptionally helpful, kind and hospitable. We trully enjouyed our time in Melchior and with Mr. Manager'

'Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Fijn dat onze hond mocht verblijven. Hartje St Emelion. Parkeren voor de deur'

'It was an absolute delight to stay with Nathalie and Olivier who have lovingly restored the Chateau. They were charming hosts and made the stay one to remember. The renovation of the chateau provides a modern and spacious room that has also retained the charm of the old building. The meals were delightful and prepared by the hosts using fresh local produce. I'd thoroughly recommend Malis Castera to anyone wanting to stay in the wine region.'

'We stayed at Michelle’s beautiful guest house for 4 nights in June and what a gem of a find it was! From the moment we booked to stay at 537 St.Emillion, communication was excellent and our welcome was really wonderful. Because there are only 3 rooms, it felt very private, peaceful and special. The swimming pool was lovely. The gardens and views of vineyards and beautiful neighbouring villas was to die for. Michelle went out of his way to ensure our continental breakfasts were fresh every day,...

Eten was super.'

'Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt.

'Unfortunately the experience in the room is poor as we stayed on two nights of unseasonally hot days of mid 30s. Our room faces west and there was no air conditoning. Thebhotels effort to put ina portable air con did not help and was way too noisy. The rest of the property ia great. Recommendation - do request no west facing room. '
