This 3 BR/3 full bath was designed for groups or families seeking a topical island vacation with all the modern luxuries. Easy access to beautiful Caribbean beaches- just minutes to the quiet and pristine Blue and Red Beaches, the best on the island! This listing features a updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with pots, pans and dishes for cooking and eating. We provide a washer/dryer in unit, a lovely large mahogany dining table perfect for group meals and a Smart TV with WiFi internet! The living room has been recently updated with brand new sofa and loveseat with French doors that open to the expansive veranda. Similarly, each bedroom features French doors opening to the veranda that lines the entire back of the building, facing the Caribbean Sea with views or Caribbean sea and the nature preserve. This is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The master suite has a queen size bed and its own large bathroom with double vanity. The two other bedrooms have queen size beds, each with their own full bathroom. Two large air conditioners in two rooms plus ceiling fans in each room keep the house cool, along with the lovely sea breezes. The house is surrounded by lush, green landscaping and vibrantly colored tropical plants. Security is not a concern here- the house is enclosed by walls with a secure front gate and easy, safe parking. This is one of the closest houses to the BEST beaches on the island that are located within the nature preserve the entrance to which is just across the street.

For those unfamiliar with Vieques, a car or golf cart is highly recommended to ease travel around the island. You should try to book a car rental prior to your arrival on the island. We also recommend pre-booking ferry or air travel to Vieques prior to confirming your VRBO reservation. We will not refund your stay due to poor travel planning.
