You must not count on (daily) cleaning and making the bed, because both jobs won't happen. That was a bit disappointing, because we stayed for four nights and had expected that to happen. 'The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. 'The lady working the breakfast this morning was so kind and helpful. my daughter and I have a gluten allergy and could not eat the biscuit breakfast sandwiches that were out. 'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate.'

The machines were disappointing and my husband was wanting the poker machines like we play in every other casino we have been in but they were no where to be found. 'After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm. I just assumed the AC unit would eventually cool the room down some. Around midnight the unit showed FO (Freon out) so the rest of the night we sweated it out. Saturday I inform the clerk at the desk and he did have a new unit put in while we were gone. The two drawers to the desk/dresser would not stay closed. I will say...
