'The house, built 1870, would be a dream for children: candy, cookies, chocolate, muffins, candybars e v e r y w h e r e !! Inside it has an extensive collection of all kind of odds and ends, which makes the house so cozy! We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed. You must not count on (daily) cleaning and making the bed, because both jobs won't happen. That was a bit disappointing, because we stayed for four nights and had expected that to happen. The room...

'Smoky but to be expected I guess for a casino. Smelled like a bowling alley when we walked in. But the restaurants and sports bar were non smoking so that was a plus.'

'With the pool was open, that ruined my trip'

'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'Loves the two bedroom option since we’re a family of 5. Beautiful property, would definitely stay here again!'

'Clean room. Good breakfast. Elevator button did not work. Had to use stairs up to 3rd floor.'

'Great hotel'

'The hotel did disappoint. There was no hot water and no internet! Additionally, the room was quite dark and dingy, with only two lamps in the room, neither of which were bright. We had trouble looking through suitcases in the almost dark room! The hotel outside and lobby are so nice I couldn't believe that the room was so below expectations. Would not recommend. Staff were very friendly though. Food choices at night were limited and overpriced.'

'Very friendly staff, clean and tidy room, both hot and cold options for breakfast. If you’re traveling solo or just looking for a comfortable stay without needing much room. This is your spot. Do recommend , would stay here again.'

'Service is so good and the room very clean and comfortable. Restrooms very clean and restaurant foods are very yummy!!!'

'Niet goed, veel kapot op de kamer, lamp meubilair badkamer tegels die los zitten'

'First room there was no door knob on bathroom and bedding was severely stained. Moved rooms and next wasn’t as bad. Hotel wasn’t cleaned and maintained up to standards of this chain in my opinion.'
