'A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed.'

There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. 'This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered. My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. 'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted.
