« DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. « Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! « The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Everything was great! I was exhausted from traveling with 3 boys alone. We made it into our room & were able to immediately relax. Our room smelled great, everything we needed was available, & our room was a comfortable temperature. I felt safe with my three boys & was able to truly rest! We will definitely stay again! »
