« We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...

« The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff! »

« Motel a fuir J'ai été victime d'escroquerie et de vol de la part des propriétaires, ils nous ont saisie nos affaires pendant notre absence. (Pour information j'ai déposé plainte) Je ne parle même pas de l'état de la chambre avec des papiers datant de plus d'un an Vraiment dormer sur un banc dehors ce sera toujours mieux qu'ici »

« The keys needed to be tried on the doors multiple times - a minimum of 5 sometimes over 15! Checking in after 3 pm I was told the room wasn't ready and would have to come back after 4. Came back after 4 with 3 people in front of me checking in and after more than 45 minutes I finally got checked in! Tried to check out a day early at 0800, no one at the desk. Waited over 2 hours to check out. I was told I would still be charged the 3rd day from my reservation even though I checked out a day...

« When I checked in no television and shower didn't work, man at office said he would handle it, lied to me for 3 days, I went and asked for my refund and he put me out and kept my deposit and was rude, called office to complain and he is the complaint line »

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »
