'This is a sweet apartment with fantastic view in a great area. Had everything we needed for our stay. Furniture is a little dated but it worked just fine for us. (The 2nd bedroom is in a separate room not open like the photo.) We were very happy with it. The host responds promptly too.'

'The apartment was very clean, check in was easy and the view of the Eiffel tower was great. The description wasn’t really as pictured. The kitchen was super tight, the lights in the hallway didn’t work properly and the listing stated there was laundry so we packed accordingly and there wasn’t. It’s on the fifth floor and while there is an elevator, it broke a couple of times while we were there. It makes for a good workout to the top, but that last floor can be a doozy.'

'Though it was a cute place, I was very concerned about the lack of ventilation in the place. There is no AC, which is to be expected in France, but being down in the lower level, there wasn't even any way to get clean air. It smelled like mold due to the lack of ventilation and everything felt very humid (almost wet) because of it. '

'From the booking date the managers of this property were excellent. The responded in a timely fashion, were very helpful and actually reached out to see if we needed anything. The check-in process was relatively smooth. The property exceeded our expectation. It was very spacious, super clean and had all that we needed. The location was perfect with several restaurants and stores within walking distance. Public transport is readily available which makes for easy access to attration sites. '

'Melissa provided us with very helpful information on where to eat, nearby pharmacies and grocery stores. The apartment is a short walk to Notre Dame. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was in the 90’s. It’s a great rental for 2 as it’s a studio. It does not have an oven but it didn’t matter to us. '
