« We loved staying at the farmhouse. My pups loved the freedom to run all over the property and visiting the horses. Property was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We loved going to Palisade. Great breweries and wineries. Very beautiful area.Dave was a great host. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that loves animals.Our only suggestions would be to upgrade to a larger TV in living room. Tv is way too small for room it’s in. « Nice neighborhood, good parking, very clean and comfortable. Bunk bed was reasonably comfortable, larger bed was OK but different from what I'm used to. That said, it was a very nice VRBO experience, better than many that I've had and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a 2-3 person stay in Montrose. »

« It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit. The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier. »
