'Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De fitness ruimte was erg verouderd en apparaten zat roest op. Het ontbijt was iets anders dan wij gehoopt hadden maar tegelijk was er nog best veel keuze. Er was te weinig ruimte dus veel namen ontbijt mee naar hun kamer. '

'There is a blood stain on the bed sheet. The menu of the breakfast is the worst ever. There are dust on the carpet. The filter of the airconditioner is dusty, and the noise is loud while working. The room is wide and it is good that the toilet area is separated from the washroom sink. As a whole the building is old.'

'First of all, they demand a $300 cash deposit just to get into a room. For a budget motel, that is completely unreasonable and feels incredibly sketchy. When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed. To top it all off, the staff have zero respect for paying guests. Long before checkout...

'Great location, easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking. Room was spotless. Bed too soft for my taste but mattress and pillows all in pristine condition. Restaurant was nice with interesting menu. Sunday breakfast buffet a nice change of pace but I was a little disappointed as I had chosen a specific menu dish that I’d wanted that morning. Definitely stay again if I need to be in Vernon overnight'

'Stayed in this lovely suite with my teen daughter for 4 nights for a ski race. Just 30min to Sovereign and a few minutes from downtown. Quiet and comfortable for the 2 of us.'
