We were locked out on 2 occasions with the second time being dark, raining and cold. The key didn’t work. there’s no sink in the kitchen area.The only sink is in the bathroom. the 2 twin beds were extremely hard and could not be slept on. 'Beautiful room very clean and some view only issue was finding hotel and reception was no very well detailed seaview vernazza every apartment is called this but got there in the end by asking a local the reception is on the square as stated but there is around 8 different buzzers and does not state which to press. Definitely would stay again.'

'Tiene una escalera muy larga y estrecha para acceder a la propiedad, en la reservación ofrecían limpieza diaria y nunca fueron a limpiar, para cambiar las toallas había que pagar 10 euros para cada cambio, en la reserva ofrecían aire acondicionado y cuando llegamos hacía mucho calor y solo tenían un ventilador, en la reserva ofrecían un balcón y no tenía balcón. Lo único bueno era la ubicación con muchos restaurantes muy bueno pero nuestra estadía en esa propiedad no fue como lo esperábamos. '
