'Borough Cottage is an exceptionally comfortable family home. We loved everything about it including the very generous breakfast hamper, the comfy couches and cosy warm bed. Sitting on the verandah enjoying breakfast and watching the resident Eastern spinebill family was a highlight for us birdwatchers. Highly recommended.'

'Communication was clear and easy. The inside of the home was clean, every appliance we needed and more… perfect for a large family gathering with two spacious living rooms. However, the decking was of huge concern with a large gaping hole on the back deck and lifted and rotting decking at the entrance. 'We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately found it was not in an acceptable condition on arrival. The cleanliness was well below expectations, with dirty kitchen, mould in the bathrooms, and general dust and grime throughout the house.There were also safety concerns outside, including scaffolding, ladders and paint tins left around the property, which was not ideal with children.A cleaner attended the following day and advised the property required a full deep clean, which confirmed...
