Emplacement magnifique sur le Grand Canal, en immédiate proximité d'un arrêt de vaporeto et a peu de distance à pieds des endroits emblématiques Rialto, San Marco. Décoration et confort de la chambre satisfaisants. Petit déjeuner agréable avec vue sur le canal. L'expérience gagnerait à un peu plus de contact humain au court du séjour. Au final un agréable séjour dans une superbe ville.

Hôtel bien situé sur le Grand canal au pied d’un arrêt Vaporetto.(san Angelo). le personnel est très accueillant, à l’écoute et parle français. la chambre avec vue sur le canal et de grande qualité et offre une vue dégagée sur le grand canal. Nous étions dans la chambre 004.

Extrêmement bien placé au bord d’un canal, au calme, à 10 min à pied du Rialto et de la place Saint Marc. Station de vaporetto à 50 mètres. Très bel hôtel. Belle réception. Jardin. Moderne et ancien à la fois. Personnel très accueillant, arrangeant et sympathique. Chambre très confortable, bien meublée. Cafetière. Salle de bains moderne agréable. Très propre. Je conseille fortement et y retournerai en cas de prochain séjour (visité fin mars).

Impossible to sleep
The quality of the hotel is so low that I was not able to sleep properly during the two nights I spent there. As mentionned in other reviews, there is absolutely no phonic isolation, whether from the windows or the door. I was awaken several times by people shouting in the hallway or doors closing. I could hear very clearly conversations from rooms adjacent to mine, and even rooms further away, as well as any noise coming from the hallway. This hotel also managed to put a very strong red flashlight on top of each bed (fire or smoke detector I presume) which flashes so strongly that you perceive it while you’re trying to sleep with your eyes closed. The AC system seems ancient, and could only work 3 degrees up or down from current temp (my room was 26 when I got in and I could not go below 23, whereas I usually sleep at 19). I could not stop the AC by myself in the room and had to ask staff to stop it from the reception. Overall the standards are very poor in this hotel, which has not been doing an overdue renovation for decades it seems. Certainly not a 4 or 4,5 stars hôtel. Perhaps 1,5 or 2, tops. The breakfast was mediocre. Only positives are the friendly and competent staff, the location and views. Otherwise would definitely NOT recommend.

A deux pas de l’arrêt S.Angelo (direct aeroport et ligne 1 pour les principaux sites à visiter) mais très calme. La deco est magnifique un mélange d’ancien et de modernité, le petit déjeuner est parfait (salade de fruits fraiche, jambon, fromage, jus, sucré en buffet; boisson et plat chaud à la commande), le staff est très attentionné mais pas étouffant. Bref un pur plaisir que ces 5 jours, si on doit retourner à Venise nous réserverons à nouveau cet établissement !!!

Séjour très agréable sur Venise. Hôtel très sympathique et très bien placé. Un bémol : Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur de la catégorie de l’établissement (4* sup). Le service du petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. Bon confort literie et chambre bien conçue et lumineuse avec vue sur grand canal.

Super emplacement en face du vaporetto. Quartier calme et agréable. Chambre très confortable. Petits déjeuners quelconques au prix de 25 euros comprenant oeufs brouillés ou omelette à la demande mais vraiment pas très bons (poudre d'oeufs?), par contre si vous voulez deux oeufs sur le plat il faut prendre un supplément de 12 euros, c'est abusé. Je le conseille néanmoins avec petit déjeuner dans les multiples cafés autour.

This is a wonderful hotel. A renovated old palazzo, our room (preferred category) was spacious, with high ceilings and large windows with a view over the rooftops. Bathroom is comfortable and modern with a great shower! Breakfast is copious with eggs, bacon and cappuccino included in the price. We were served every morning by Mima, a delightful young server who took great care of us. We even had a quick lunch in the garden on our last day and found the food to be excellent. Location is perfect. Just in front of a vaporetto station which is a big advantage in Venice. Front desk personnel were competent, kind and helpful. One word of warning: the preferred category of rooms includes some that correspond perfectly to the photos and sq meter size on the site. But others are much smaller. Hotel should charge a reduced rate for the smaller rooms of less than 20 sq m. we can’t wait to come back to this wonderful hotel if we can get a large room like the one we had on this trip.

This hotel was wonderful! From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the staff are welcoming , very friendly and helpful . We were treated like royalty . We had a partial view room and it was still breath taking and beautiful. The facility was super clean as well . Gave us great restaurant recommendations. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 stars it was due to the shower drained , each time we showered the water would reach above our ankles. It would be extremely slow to drain and would have to wash our feet outside of the shower after showering ( if that makes sense )

Very nice hotel, professional and helpful staff. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco in the lobby and they offered to keep our bags while we explored. Our room was large with the best shower I have ever experienced. Great shower products too and a think robe and slippers to use. Breakfast was 30Euro pp and looked great. Would highly recommend.

A lovely stay for a quick overnight. Our room was lovely with a view of the canal on the entry level floor next to the check in desk. Convenient for water taxi to the airport in the morning. The only disturbance was the crowd that came back for the evening close to 10:30 pm that was very loud in the lobby and woke us!

The hotel room is decent and location is good. But the hotel facility and service is terrible. Reception is not helpful. On the first night, we were waken by fire alarm four times at around 5am. We tried to call the reception but no one answered. On the next day, we hang up a do not disturb sign outside the room, only to find out when we returned that our room has been entered and made up. Staff is unprofessional.
