Ve.N.I.Ce Cera Casa del Giglio is a comfortable, modern flat located ten minutes from St. Mark\'s Square. It has clean, sober lines where white is the predominant colour.

It consists of a large living area with a kitchenette, with wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a sofa that can be turned into a sofa bed for two people. A small hallway with a sofa gives access to the spacious bedroom through which the guests have access to the bathroom.

From the living room there is also access to a lovely private balcony overlooking an inner courtyard.

The flat is well cared for in every detail: the white parquet throughout, the fully equipped kitchenette (with microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and induction hob); the bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower.

All the windows have Venetian blinds for a better control of the light.

Great location

Our family of 4 stayed for 5 days, it was in a quiet location yet close to the center. The terrace was perfect for having breakfast outside and relax in the afternoon. I would highly recommend this apartment for a couple or family.

Okay experience

The property manager & hostess were great communicators. They offered us a free bottle of Prosecco, as we were visiting on our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I cannot provide 5 stars, for a variety of reasons: -The shower floor tiles did not slope to the drain properly, so there was always standing water in the shower, causing a mold/mildew smell in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door closed while we slept at night because the smell was quite strong. -Bring your own coffee - I was disappointed to wake up the first morning and discover there was no coffee in the cupboard (and no waters). -The walls/ceiling are paper thin, we could hear every step made by the upstairs neighbors. -We were required to dispose of our own trash. I would expect that service to be included in the fees. All in all, the apartment was fine, but the price was a bit high for lack of amenities. We would likely opt to stay in a hotel instead, in the future.

Great location - close to the Giglio vaporetto station, St. Mark's square, and Accademia Bridge. Property is really quite lovely - white brightens the modern interior and gives a fresh feel. Loved it!

Fantastic Apartment and Location

I had a wonderful stay during my recent trip to Venice. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and quite large. The apartment is located 1 min from the Giglio stop and is only about a 4 min walk to Piazza San Marco. I highly recommend the property and especially call out the helpfulness of the property management team. I had an issue and they immediately responded and got it resolved quickly and without any headache. Additionally, they were kind enough to arrange an early morning boat to the airport for me. Huge thanks all around

Spacious and modern in a peaceful location

This apartment was exactly as shown and was modern, clean and spacious. It has everything you need with a modern bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water. It is up 1 flight of stairs. It is well away from all the crowds and a peaceful haven after being out all day, particularly sitting outside on the little terrace The location was excellent and close to the S Maria del Giglio ferry but not where it is indicated on the Homeaway map of being near the S. Angelo ferry. This, I must say, caused some consternation on my part when I found this apartment in a totally different location. This location is an easy walk to St. Marks square and really anything else in San Marco. Thank you to Isabella for meeting us at the ferry terminal, showing us how everything worked and for checking the best ferry times for our departure as well as recommendations for buying supplies at little corner supermarkets. There is a large, well stocked supermarket called Supermercato Simply which is well worth a visit. An enjoyable stay in Venice at this apartment

Very nice unit but for a few small issues

This place is very nice and represented well by the pictures and descriptions. The check in was very smooth and Isabella was very kind and helpful. The minor issues were a few broken items like the bathroom faucet and the base board of the kitchen cabinets. Mosquitoes are very bad this year and although we never opened a window or door in the unit, somehow several of them are getting inside. We suspect there is a crack at the side of some of the Window Frames. It would be great if this were fixed. We were short towels, however a quick message to the manager got us more the same day. The location of this apartment could only be better with a canal view out the window. It is a short work to all the Venice has to offer.
