Lovely, Spacious Apartment in the Centre of Venice,

In the historic center of Venice Ca 'Rio Marin is just two minutes from Chiesa dei Frari, one of the most beautiful churches of Venice, just ten minutes from the Rialto Bridge and fifteen minutes from Piazza San Marco. It 's also very convenient, being close to the train station and Piazzale Roma.

It' s also very close to all vaporetto (water bus), taxi and airport shuttle.

The apartment is located near an important building Venice, Ca 'Gradenigo, where they were born some of the Doges, and near a canal called Rio Marin.

Very close to the apartment you will find fruits and vegetables, butchers, greengrocers, supermarket (Billa, in Rio Marin), pastry shop, Pharmacy (In Bari), various pizzerias and restaurants. We look forward to further information is required.

The apartment is very comfortable, and you can easily go anywhere on foot. The apartment is situated in a cul-de-sac and it is very quiet and restful. The apartment has three floors: downstairs there is a large living room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, in the first floor there are a master bedroom and a bathroom with shower, the living room with kitchen and an open staircase that leads to the mansard where there are two single beds usualy suitable for children and young people.

This apartment was not spacious, at least not upstairs in the kitchen/living area. The downstairs bedroom would have been better served as the living room as that room is actually quite large. We had a scorpion in the bathroom downstairs. Initially we thought it was dead but later discovered it had vanished. The apartment is within walking distance to everything which is really nice. It's quite dark when you come back at night so it's hard to see to get back in. I think this one is all about location which is a biggie and it was great on that point. Overall we just didn't find it a very comfortable stay. That picture is very deceiving.

Top Lage

Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge mit dem Vaporetto, da man nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist und dort in die wichtigen Vaporetto Linien früh einsteigen kann. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt auch um die Ecke, als Selbstversorger bekommt man dort alles was man braucht.

Logement très confortable et bien situé pour un séjour a Venise

Logement propre, grand et fonctionnel, très confortable pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants (nous n'avons utilisé que 2 chambres sur 3).Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les jouets au dernier étage. La localisation est très pratique pour visiter Venise, a proximité immédiate des arrêts de vaporetto, de la gare et de la piazzale Roma.L'inconvénient associé est une grande fréquentation de la rue, avec du bruit (conversations, valises) dans la chambre qui donne vers la rue, y compris tôt le matin et tard le soir, mais on s'y habitue assez vite. Il manquerait un lave vaisselle dans l'idéal. Et les moustiques peuvent être voraces (12 piqûres en 1 nuit pour mon fils), pensez a vous protéger même si on ne les voit pas forcément.

This apartment was fantastic, spacious rooms and was ideal for our family stay.The only thing that was missing was a toaster oven as we would like to have been able to make toast and cook things that require an oven.Also the sitting area only had a small couch.

Charmante Wohnung mitten in Venedig

Zwei Wochen in einem eigenen kleinen Haus mitten in Venedig, es war unvergesslich. Die Lage ist super: nahe beim Bahnhof und dem Vaporetto, in Laufweite zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Supermercato um die Ecke, ebenso lauschige kleine Plätze mit Restaurants. Die Wohnung auf drei Stockwerken ist charmant und ganz praktisch für eine Familie. Es war einfach herrlich, vielen Dank!

Super location

The location is fantastic, so close to the the train station and vaporetto, as well as restaurants and shops. The accommodation is quite quirky but clean. The front door is quite hard to open and shut quietly as instructed by the owners as it sticks. It's reasonably well equipped, plenty of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc., some larger glasses would have been appreciated though. If you would like to cook in, please note there is a 4 ring gas hob but no oven. Although the open plan lounge kitchen diner has a decent table with 6 chairs, the sofa only seats 2 people and it's all upstairs. It was a little dingy inside not as bright as the photos. The washing machine and airers were a great bonus. Both bathrooms were decent enough and the beds were comfortable. The rubbish disposal in Venice is a bit of a pain, you have certain days for different recyclables and collection is within a short window. You are supposed to get a knock on your door, but if you go out early, we noticed people hung their rubbish bags on their door handles in the morning. There are very few public rubbish bins around in Venice. Overall we were happy and would stay here again.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub in Venedig

Wir haben unseren 2wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die ganze Familie würde sehr gerne wiederkommen. Es gibt noch so viel zu tun und zu sehen. Das Reihenhaus war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage in einer Sackgasse könnten wir nachts zur Ruhe kommen.

Lovely Place

If coming in by train, this is an ideal location. The two large bedrooms have good ac units which worked well. It was quite warm while we were there, so if we wanted to gather in the large kitchen/dinning/living room area, we needed the windows open. This was the only minor inconvenience we had as the mosquitos did come in even without having lights on in the home. It is a somewhat quite area at the end of a street, but yet just a short walk to restraunts, grocery stores, shops and even the gondolas.

Authentic old city experience

Great location! Easy to find from train station, excellent directions and easy check-in process. Felt like genuine old city experience with narrow streets, artsy interior, real shutters open to the street below on one side and beautiful interior courtyard on the other, and antique ceiling beams. Host was very helpful and responsive messaging. Although we didn’t spend much time in apartment, it was cozy, comfy and genuine family vibe.

Perfektes Haus für die Familie

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Lage waren für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal. Bequeme Betten, zwei Bäder, eine gemütliche Wohnküche und alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt, die Vaporettostation und der Bahnhof sind schnell erreichbar und trotzdem liegt das Haus ruhig, da es sich in einer Sackgasse befindet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Besitzer geben Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen, sind sehr freundlich und antworten schnell. Danke Rita und Matteo ❤️

Great location near the station

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of five. It was well equipped having a microwave and washing machine. Communication with the owner was easy and she gave us plenty of tips and advice to make our stay easy. The location is great, only a few minutes from Santa Lucia station and close to to plenty of shops and restaurants. Short walks to a lot of the main sights too.
