In the authentic heart of Venice, a few steps from the Arsenale and the Biennale area, Apartment near Biennale Theatre is a welcoming apartment with a typically Venetian character, ideal for those who want to stay in an area rich in history and experience the city in its most genuine atmosphere.
Located on the first floor, the apartment retains details and furnishings with a traditional taste that give it a special charm. The entrance leads to a pleasant living area with sitting area, wooden furniture, bookcase and corners dedicated to relaxation.
The kitchen is separate, simple and functional, equipped with a dining table and everything you need to comfortably prepare your meals, with a stove, oven, coffee machine with pods, refrigerator and washing machine.
The sleeping area is particularly spacious and versatile. The large room has a comfortable double bed, while a bookcase creates a natural separation with a second room furnished with a sofa bed: a practical solution that allows for two distinct areas and guarantees greater privacy for guests.
The bathroom, recently renovated in a modern style, is equipped with a large shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
The apartment also has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The location is one of its strengths: staying here means being in the heart of the Castello district, a stone's throw from the Arsenale and the Biennale, surrounded by streets, views and corners that tell the story of the most authentic Venice.
The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.

To ensure a pleasant stay and with respect for the accommodation and the neighborhood, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules: Smoking
is prohibited inside the apartment.
Respect the quiet, especially in the 22:00 — 08:00.
No parties or events are allowed.
Only registered guests can stay in the apartment.
Use furniture, appliances and all the equipment present with care.
Before going out, turn off lights, air conditioning, stoves and appliances.
Respect the instructions for separate collection and do not leave waste in the apartment at the end of your stay.
Do not move furniture or furnishings without permission.
Report any damage or malfunction promptly.
Before leaving the apartment, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed.
Check-out must be done within the agreed time.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by law.
