'This is a beautiful place to stay! It's a great location and a wonderful old building. The rooms are charming with all the thoughtful little touches you could want, and the views of the river are so nice. We also appreciated the smooth process of checking in after hours with friendly and helpful communication all throughout. I hope to come back for a longer visit one day. '

'We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...

'Amazing location in the nature, with a beautiful big garden full of old graphic objects and a cozy terrace with a roof to chill away from any city noise surrounded by green and nature. Friendly feeling, cozy home vibe that recharged our batteries. Owner and housekeeper so friendly that we would come back definately!'
