« Air conditioning in main area was broken the day we got there and was not fixed for entire stay. Had to keep doors to bedroom closed just to at least sleep in a cool room as the one in bedroom could not cool down both rooms so was not really able to use entire apartment and just stay in the bedroom when we were there to rest and cool down in between sight seeing. Bathroom could really use a thorough cleaning n felt like a sauna the entire time. The location could not have been better. Very close...

« This property’s location is very desired. Near one of the best pastries/ coffee shop and grocery supermarket. 30 minutes or less walk to colosseum and all the great places to visit. The only reason why they didn’t get higher marks is that the property was not cleaned when we got there and didn’t seem as clean as it looks. The noise in the apartments was was dreadful, which is not the host fault but keep us up most nights. »

The owner has dehumidifier running in all the rooms, but the filters have not been changed and are filthy, and does not improve the basement smell at all. We had to leave and make a separate reservation as I was told that it was advertised as an underground apartment, The posting showed multiple apartments as it is a managed by a group, and it was not evident that the unit would be a basement level. « Our stay in this Rome VRBO was flawless—a perfect 10/10. The host was exceptional, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, even arranging early-morning airport transportation. The accommodations were exactly as pictured—beautiful, spotless, with spacious showers that had amazing water pressure. The high ceilings added an airy feel, and we loved the remote shutters! « Studio très agréable pour 2 personnes. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel avec tous les produits courants et d'accueil pour démarrer la location. Propre et rénové récemment avec grande terrasse donnant sur le square. La communication avec la gérante Giulia a été toujours bonne et ses réponses étaient réactives. « We were traveling with two other couples and this location worked perfectly for us. Plenty of room and the outdoor space was a wonderful way to end the day with a glass of wine. The location is right in the heart of Rome but was very quiet. There are great cafes and restaurants right by the apartment. We have been to Rome several times and this was by far our favorite place to stay. Check in and check out were easy and Nicoli was a delight to work with. We'll be back! »
