'Room was OK and renovated but airconditioning was bad. Extremely hot. After complaints I got another room but also Aircon in this room was not working well. Very unformfortable. '

'We were very lucky to find this place during the exhibition period, as accommodation in the city was quite limited. The room was warm and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that made the stay even more enjoyable. Although it is a bit further from the city center, transportation was very convenient. The bus connections were easy to use and made getting around quite simple. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we truly appreciated having such a comfortable place during a busy trip.'

'Quite disappointed in this stay. Yes, the room was spacious and clean. But it’s advertised as a sound proofed room - it is not. Very very loud with noises from the busy street, hearing neighbours (walls so thin I could hear their morning alarm going off). Any time someone flushed their toilet I could hear the pipes like they were in the room. I also messaged staff for help with WiFi and air con with zero response. '

Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci ! Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé !
