'Upon arrival we were welcomed by the owners of the house, and got a tour through the house and garden. When we requested extra towels because there were only 2 towels provided per person that wasn't a problem. The house was clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The garden and swimming pool was definitely the best part of the holiday home, it was lovely and peaceful and the temperature of the pool was just perfect. 'The owner never sent check-in instructions, never responded to messages or phone calls from either me or VRBO customer service. They ended up refunding us our money, which I’m grateful for. It was very difficult the find a new place to stay at 7pm the night of. I’d advised against booking this apartment so you don’t have the same stressful evening that my family did. '
