'Decided to stay here because we had an early morning trip back to Vancouver, so location was good for that. Room was nice and big, no complaints. The pool is a little small so we didn’t get to enjoy it as it was always full.'

'The internet was not available. The breakfasts were the same every day & not very healthy. Most of all every staff member that I encountered were not friendly in the least. I am not a critical person and I have never given a bad review but I felt although my stay was pleasant because of comfortable bed & quiet room the staff could have made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.'

We have stayed at several different hotels in Kelowna and this is the first that we would consider staying at again. They were in the middle of a renovation and some spaces weren’t open/available while we were there so we are sure it would be even better once they have completed their renovation. '
