'The restaurant food was quite good'

'Decent location, half an hour drive from main attractions with a few attractions near by like the upside down cider and kangaroo farm! The place is clean, staff is friendly, I’m giving it a 4 star since I think they could easily include the parking fee into the total charge, daily fee for parking is not 5 stars. I travel often and never had to pay for parking it is absolutely my mistake not noticing that parking isn’t included, I guess I had higher expectations.'

'Great location, especially if you have a lake-view room. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to ongoing construction, frequent amenity closures because of private events, and parking that was an absolute nightmare. The elevators were often out of service, making it difficult to carry luggage and manage two kids from the fourth floor. We were also told there would be a discount for the hotel’s pizza night but were charged full price, and nothing was done after we raised the issue. The...

'Unfortunately we booked this hotel through Expedia and had to cancel. Expedia reached out to the hotel for a refund and the Hotel declined. Maybe had we booked directly with the hotel this won’t have happened'
