'I stayed here with my family and friends over the Labour Day long weekend, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Bryan Taylor and his staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms and common areas were immaculate—the staff seemed to be constantly cleaning and keeping everything well-maintained. 'Clean room breakfast was not up to par with competitors and I booked through expedia and had the incorrect date on the reservation, I asked if I could just apply that to the night's stay and I was told I could not and had to pay again'

'When we checked into room 209, the AC was broken. After we told the staff, they moved us to room 105, but it took over an hour because they said they were busy with paperwork. When a customer has an issue, that should be their priority over other tasks, especially since we had an infant with us. The receptionist was really unprofessional, saying they already knew the AC was broken but assigned us the room anyway because they thought it had been fixed. That shows a serious lack of communication....
