'Stayed at this hotel last year was told they would be getting a renovation done did not happen. We had the same room this year as we did last year, the sink in the kitchen leaks water, same issue as last year. None of the ice machines were working. The hot tub was over run with small kids thinking it was another pool. We come here every year but will not be returning to this hotel.'

'Stay was fine. Our 2 king room By the pool was good. Beds comfortable but shower was full of black mold. Continental breakfast was the same every day. Bonus, they had gluten free bread. Courtyard was well taken care of. Nice to chill and have a glass of wine after exploring beautiful Kelowna.'

'Our stay was very okay. Immediately my kids noticed a hole in the sofa cushion, and then found a half a lemon inside the fridge. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom had toothpaste or something on them from the previous guests, I assume. I understand it is Penticton so the prices are high but honestly for $250 and $280 for a Friday and Saturday night it felt a bit steep.
