'Liked: friendly and helpful staff, suite has good amenities and room for 5 people. Disliked: walls are not insulated, one can hear the neighbours in every direction as if they’re sharing the room with you. The pipes need maintenance as we kept getting woken up by the plumbing noises at night. The bathroom could be better equipped with shower products. The bed was old, noisy, and the mattress not supportive. Still, it was a convenient and decently priced stay.'

'I enjoyed the premium room pull side. It was very comfortable, great to have two televisions and close proximity to breakfast. Stayed with my daughter for a mini vacation and it was perfect .'

'Very attractive hotel and rooms and bathroom. I’m sensitive to noise and facing away from plaza and being on 4 floor felt quiet. Breakfast mediocre. Need more protein besides yogurt w lots of sugar. Towels soft and plush and good bed and pillows. Biggest drawback in the room is no chair. Only woven bench seat that was uncomfortable so if you want chair for working at desk or reading there’s nothing like that and forced to sit on bed which I don’t like. Valet so kind and helpful.'
