'The maid was mad that we were still in our room and spoke up to us. We tried to get a late check out but the phone in the room wasn’t working. I brought my puppy bc my mom was in the ICU and this housekeeper made my trip very stressful. When I talked to the staff in the office he said he would have granted me a late check out. She said new guests were coming and I need to get out. Ok lady take a chill pill.'
