The imposing Villa Rosa for up to 6 people (built in the 1970s, first let in August 2023) has been extensively and completely renovated this year and is located just 300 metres from the beautiful dune beach, nestled in the pine forest of San Pietro a Mare.

White is the colour chosen in stark contrast to the fragrant pine forest to enhance its presence, all installations, all windows and doors, almost all floors and of course the complete interior furnishings have been renewed! Air conditioning units in the bedrooms are ready for 2024.
The house (approx. 120 sqm + 80 sqm veranda + 80 sqm terrace) comprises two floors, living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the first floor. The small country town of Valledoria is known for its long dune beaches and is popular with water sports enthusiasts, especially kitesurfing.
