The space
Renovated luxury home featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a salt water pool, 5 TVs, and more. 2 King-size beds, 1 Queen, and 2 bunks with 4 twin beds. 2 shower/tubs and one shower. Living room features leather sofas. Dining room hosts a table big enough for 10 people. Office room provided with desk. Full kitchen. Outside, enjoy a salt water pool on a 1500 sqft travertine deck, outside seating, outside grill, fire pit, cornhole and jumbo Jenga, as well as a private playground for the kiddos.


Master Bedroom:
- King-sized bed in spacious room, walk-in closet, 60" smart TV, private bathroom with dual sinks, full shower/tub. *A pack and play is in the closet for you to use. We do supply the pad that comes with, but not sheets or a "mattress" for it.*

Bedroom 2:
- King-sized bed, walk in closet with sleek modern feel, smart TV, private bathroom with shower, Pool view

Bedroom 3:
- Queen-sized bed with cozy charm, smart TV, walk in closet.

Bedroom 4:
- 2 sets of bunks with 4 twin beds, toybox, small closet, great for kids of flexible sleeping arrangements.

Living Room:
- 2 leather sofas that could be used for sleeping if needed. Smart TV, oversized windows onlooking your pool

Kitchen:
- Full kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook or grill. Smart fridge makes cocktail ice-balls in freezer.

Office:
- Dedicated desk with proper decor

Dining:
- Oversized table big enough to seat 10 with extra chairs in the closet

Outside:
- Outside cabana with furniture, propane fire-pit center piece, 75" smart TV with soundbar, propane grill, custom 42' salt water pool with sun ledge, multiple sun-bathing chairs and umbrellas for shade, fire-pit for smores, private kids fort, Jumbo Jenga, Jumbo Flip Cup, Cornhole, fully fenced private yard.

Guest access
Guest will have full access to the 2510 sqft home, including all four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the office, living room, dining room, kitchen, fenced backyard with pool, cabana, grill, private playground, fire pit, 2 car garage, and driveway (driveway is long enough for roughly 9 vehicles)

Other things to note
Pets are permitted for a $69 nonrefundable fee per pet. Any damages from pets will need to be reimbursed by client.

Enjoy all the outdoor amenities during your stay! Please note, there is no life guard on duty- guest swim at their own risk. Use caution and follow safety protocols at all times.
