'Het gezellige huisje in Haute de Cagnes is van alle gemakken voorzien en een prima uitvalsbasis voor 2 koppels om de Cote d'Azur te verkennen. De bus- en treinverbindingen zijn goed en goedkoop, supermarkt en bakker zijn vlakbij en je kunt alle kanten uit. In het dorpje zelf zijn en aantal prima restaurants voor de rustigere avonden. Kortom een aanrader.'

'We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally...

'We had a great stay. The cottage is located in a quiet village, but in close range (10-15 minutes) of Nice city center and supermarkets. Great view over the valley on to Nice and the sea. Ideal location to explore the touristic hotspots of the aerea. Friendly owners, fluent communication. Would very much recommend.'

'Het is een zeer rustig verblijf met alle voorzieningen, het is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving te bezoeken. In de omgeving zijn er ook veel goede restaurants. Ik en mijn partner hebben van deze vakantie genoten.'

'Consiglio la struttura messa a disposizione, per gli spazi davvero vivibili sia interni che esterni. Molto pulita e curata, dotata di tutto il necessario. Ci si deve muovere in macchina per spesa e spiagge, ma è tutto molto a portata. Ottima la comunicazione con la signora Karine, sempre disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissimo!'

'We had a terrific holiday even closer to Nice than expected. Within 15 minutes in the city center by car. Cannes and Monaco within half an hour. The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It also had the best swimmingpool we’ve ever seen. We were very happy with our choice for this house!'

'Un peu de choc à l'arrivée sur la piste assez fréquentée. Une fois à l'intérieur, cela ne vous dérangera pas du tout. Hôte et femme extrêmement sympathiques et amicaux. Très utile mais certainement pas intrusif. La maison a toujours l'air neuve et est impeccable. Piscine spacieuse avec même un jacuzzi à côté. Emplacement idéal pour explorer Nice, Monaco, Monte Carlo, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes et bien d'autres beaux petits villages à partir de là. Hautement recommandé. Merci Jacques et...

'We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door mevrouw. De accomodatie is op een toplocatie gelegen! Alleen zijn er enkele minpunten die we hebben ervaren. Het huis is kleiner dan dat het lijkt, dit is meer een studio. Dekentje viel achter het stapelbed, bij het oppakken merkte ik echter heel veel stof. Dit stapelbed kraakt ook langs alle kanten. Zwembad is een gezamenlijk zwembad samen met de verhuurders. Dit mag wel gezegd worden bij de omschrijving. Het is dus niet Privé zoals er wordt gezegd.'

'We hebben genoten van een prachtige week! We werden keurig ontvangen. De gastheer en gastvrouw hebben oog voor detail! Aan alles is in het huis gedacht! Genieten!'

'La maison est charmante, et comme toute maison ancienne, le charme nest pas toujours pratique. La circulation entre les pieces necessite de passer par les chambres, ce qui peut etre derangeant. La chambre du bas est exiguë et humide...nous etions en novembre...c'est une maison qui est doit etre parfaite pour l'été, avec un jardin et une vue magnifique. Le village est vraiment tres beau.'

'Heerlijk verblijf met een superleuke buitenkeuken. Genoten van de rust en de zon in een mooie accomodatie. Alles wat we nodig hadden was er - tot de "poolboy" toe. Hadden we probleem ... een telefoontje en alles werd opgelost.'

'The house is as it has been carved out of the mountains, wonderful to keep you fit! The restaurants A Ciassa and Apricus make the stay even more worthwhile!'

'Nous avons passé une petite semaine fort agréable. Le gîte est conforme au descriptif, avec un jardin magnifique, une vue dont on ne se lasse pas... Les propriétaires sont adorables, disponibles, et attentionnés. Seul regret, la piscine qui n'était pas assez chaude... Je recommande...'

'We’ve stayed at many places along the Riveria but this was definitely our favorite. Beautiful porch with a spectacular view with a short but steep walk to the beach and old town. Mia was very friendly and very helpful. We hope to return again soon!'

'My wife and I had a wonderful time. The location is amazing, everything is top quality inside from decor to appliances. Adeline was very helpful and accommodating. Even with our flight delayed to Nice and the rain upon our arrival at the location, she had saved us a great parking spot close by. The parking can be tricky but they have a great solution, I just recommend that if you have a small car, it'll just be easier. We can't wait to return.'

'Het huisje is verouderd en moet opgefrist worden. Bedden en kasten zijn aan vervanging toe . Stel mezelf vragen bij veiligheid van elektriciteit. Niet alles is aanwezig, we waren met 5 personen , terwijl er slechts 3 vieze slaapkussens aanwezig waren. Parkeren kan enkel op openbare plaats ,10 minuten stappen van de woning.'

'The property was perfect, an amazing experience. Natalie is super helpful and gave a wonderful welcoming tour. The village is full of friendly, happy people. The ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend this amazing experience to families with older kids. The rental is so lovely and the views were breathtaking. Watching the fireworks over Monte Carlo from top terrace is exceptional'

'Heerlijke dagen gehad met gezin. 4 pers.kamer aan stadszicht. Goede airco en s’nachts goed kunnen slapen, dubbele schuifpui waardoor je niet door hebt in zo’n drukke straat te zitten. Eigenlijk geen negatieve punten maar als ik er dan toch eentje moet opnoemen: balkon is voor 4 personen net te krap, we hadden er wel twee, maar dan kan je niet samen zitten. De accomodatie ligt wel wat verder af van de gezellige eettentjes in het oude centrum, volgende keer zou ik daarom toch iets meer in de buurt...

'The room was reasonably clean when we arrived, aside the sloppy south-european way of cleaning. The surroundings were nice, all very newly built, a shopping mall just about to be finished, a nice pitoresque view on a golf coarse and mountains in the back; relatively easy to find, though a bit dissy from all the roundabouts. And a nice parking space. But the hotel itself: what a dissapointment! One of the worst hotels (if the term hotel applies at all). There is virtualy no service. We stayed for...
