Red Roof Inn-accommodaties in Upstate New York

'Clean, quiet'

'The rooms smelled and were very dirty. Could not stay, left asap.'

'Very bad , looked more like people who have no home stay there . Stinky , dirty . The receptionist she was however very nice and helpful , when I had to cancel the stay , This property felt very unsafe.'

'We arrived and it was shut down. No notice or warning. I have sent in a refund request in but have not heard a word since. Expedia has failed me. Booked it through expedia. Expedia should have notified me the place had shutdown. Drove 500 miles with no place to stay. Not a good feeling to be left in the cold. If this actually gets read, I hope in the future you update your clientele with important info as changes are made.'
